BigBand comes with a browser
toolbar as a standard inclusion in the BigBand package.
The browser toolbar will allow you to make telephone calls to
any number listed on any web page.
This includes hosted CRM applications of any style!
The OMB browser toolbar is a
revolutionary new dialing process that is exclusive to Simple
Simon.
The browser toolbar works
with ANY website, and ANY html based hosted web application that
you can view in your browser.
It instantly highlights any
phone number on the page for you, and quos every number into a
dropdown list, where dialing a number is just a click away.
Once your number is selected you only need to press the "OMB
Call" button to have your number instantly dialed with the
BigBand application, via the ZiPhone II USB Telephone or
through a VOIP stream.
Also unique to this toolbar is the
capability to have your calls routed through your preset dial
plans in the main BigBand program. Using SIP or other
VOIP phones and services you may be using with your existing PBX
system.
Talk about a time saving
tool! Our toolbar will save you from having to switch in
and out of different applications, and doing a copy and paste,
let alone having to look back and forth at the screen while you
dial your standard telephone, (Which is the way most people are
making calls from web listings).
How much easier can it get?
Well, if your in the business
of sales or if you are running a call center, where flagging
your call outcome is an issue, we have kept that in mind as
well!
As with the standard
BigBand application, you are able to flag your calls as being
answered, unanswered, hot or cold... This flagging
capability is also built into the browser toolbar for you.
