Many call centers around the globe are still utilizing our previous products and many other vendor's products. 

Auto Dialers and Predictive Dialers were the main cause of the telemarketing industry and call center industry boom.  Unfortunately, Auto Dialers and Predictive Dialers, mixed with deceptive and unethical telemarketing practices, are also the main cause of the telemarketing industry bust, in terms of the creation of the "National Do Not Call Registry"

The BigBand manager's interface provides call center management with complete statistics and logging of all activities by all attendants (remote or local) throughout any call center organization.
