Call Recording
BigBand
allows you to record partial or complete telephone conversations
at your discretion with a click of the mouse. This is an
invaluable feature to any call center, business or
organization. Managers can monitor an agent's performance, help
with quality assurance tasks and verify order entries.
Call
Recording provides the ability to take dictation over the phone,
as well as utilize this feature for any use a recorded telephone
call can provide.
All recorded telephone calls are stored in a
highly compressed and high quality sound format inside the main
database for later retrieval. Because it is stored in the main
database, a traveling agent can retrieve and playback a
pre-recorded call from any location.
All recorded calls are noted in the daily
activity log with linked playback and can be annotated via text
or additional audio recording.
You can even playback your pre-recorded call
right over the telephone.
You may also record audio notes for later
review or dictation at any time.
BigBand can be customized by Simple Simon, on
request to allow a manager to selectively record all calls,
calls from specified agents, call seats, specific campaigns or
even allow a manager to record a specific agent on demand in
real-time.
With this customization, calls from remote
agents or offices can be retrieved and played back by a manager
at the corporate office easily.
Note: Call recording and playback is
available at any time whether you are using a standard analog
telephone line or PBX system, digital connector to a digital
phone system or even while using a VOIP telephone connection.
