BigBand comes with a manager's seat component that will let anyone in a management position view current and past call activity throughout your organization.

The contact database lets you keep track of complete information on each contact including address, phone, fax, cell numbers, as well as company and product information.  There is also included a notes field where you can keep track of any information you desire for a complete history of contacts for each customer.

You may also utilize additional user definable fields for adding your own records for your contacts at any time.

The BigBand can import virtually any existing contact database you may already have or will purchase in the future.

One of the most unique features of BigBand, is that any of your employees will be able to work from any other office (that is connected to the same database), without having to change anything before continuing work flow. 

Browser bookmarks, word processor files and any other settings and personal configurations a user makes to their own 'profile' is immediately carried over to any computer running BigBand that they can log into.
