With either method of contact you choose,
a technical support agent will reply to your request
within 1 business day. Many
people find that telephone support is a much better option, as
we can walk through a problem in realtime with you over the

Subscription Phone
Support
Simple Simon offers technical support
by
telephone or skype for a subscription
fee. Once you have subscribed to our telephone
support services, you may call us any time with your
questions.
Telephone Support Subscriptions start at
$50.00 per hour, in 1 hour blocks.
When your call is completed, you will be
sent an e-mail by your support technician, notifying
you of the amount of time spent and the amount of time
left in your subscription account.
In summary if you only use 30 minutes of a one
hour block, you will have 30 minutes remaining on your account.
